What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, business, email, phone, current website, what you need and when, your message and any file you attach. We use them only to reply about your project. When you send an enquiry we record which website or app referred you (for example a search engine or AI assistant) and the page you arrived on, to understand how people find us.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored by our host, Netlify, and emailed to us. We never sell or share them.
How long
Until your enquiry is closed, or longer if we work together and the law requires records.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, only after you press Accept on the bar at the foot of the page. Until then, and if you press Decline, no analytics cookie is set. If you accept, Google sets two cookies whose only job is to recognise a returning browser; advertising features and cross-site signals are switched off. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw here: change your analytics choice.
Your rights
Ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time, or complain to the IDPC in Malta.
